That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new Referral Scheme - designed to reward employees who help us grow by introducing Route 101 into Net New Logo accounts. If your referral leads to a qualified opportunity with a brand we haven’t previously engaged, you could be eligible for a bonus as a thank-you for opening the door. It’s a simple way to turn your network into impact—and get rewarded for it. Bonus payments will be based on the size of the opportunity and more specifically seat size. Qualified opportunities of 50 - 249 seats will secure £150 bonus, those over 250 seats will secure £250.
